Technology is most valuable when it solves a real problem.
My career has been shaped by supporting essential IT services, working across enterprise platforms, and finding better ways to monitor, report and automate everyday operations.
Since 2010, I have worked in healthcare IT environments where reliability, security, collaboration and careful change management matter. My experience spans Microsoft 365 and Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, infrastructure monitoring, reporting and coordination across technical teams.
Alongside operations, I enjoy building practical tools that turn raw information into something people can act on, from infrastructure dashboards to data-cleaning and reporting workflows.
